French blackened grindcore one-man band Crevure returns with Down to Nothing, a short but uncompromising statement forged in noise, bile, and refusal. Across six tracks, the EP pushes grindcore violence through a blackened lens, allowing sheer abrasion and oppressive atmosphere to coexist in a tightly compressed form. This is Crevure at its most stripped back and confrontational, with no excess and no ornament, only pressure and intent.
The EP features guest vocals by Pâlefroid, whose presence adds another layer of bitterness and further reinforces the record’s pervasive sense of isolation and collapse.
